Obwohl es einen Anstieg des gesamten konsumierten Litervolumens von 5% gibt, zeigt die Realit\u00e4t \u2013 angesichts eines Bev\u00f6lkerungswachstums von 11,5% \u2013, dass die pro Kopf konsumierte Weinmenge abgenommen hat. Die Menschen trinken wahrscheinlich weniger, aber daf\u00fcr hochwertiger, und jeder hat seine Vorlieben zwischen Wei\u00df-, Rot- und Ros\u00e9weinen. Ein Vergleich der Zahlen nach Farben gibt uns ein Bild des sich ver\u00e4ndernden Geschmacks der \u00d6ffentlichkeit.   <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wei\u00dfweinkonsum<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wei\u00dfwein hat in den letzten zehn Jahren eine stetige Popularit\u00e4tssteigerung erfahren. Im Jahr 2019 machten Wei\u00dfweine etwa 27% des weltweiten Weinkonsums aus, verglichen mit 28% im Jahr 2009. Im Jahr 2019 machte er etwa 55% des weltweiten Konsums aus, verglichen mit 58% im Jahr 2009. Obwohl sein Anteil leicht zur\u00fcckgegangen ist, bleiben Sorten wie Cabernet Sauvignon und <a href=\"https:\/\/caveguillod.ch\/produit\/merlot-vully-bio-magnum\/\">Merlot<\/a> in vielen Regionen bevorzugte Optionen.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ros\u00e9weinkonsum<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ros\u00e9wein war der eigentliche Star des Jahrzehnts. Sein Anteil am weltweiten Konsum stieg von 8% im Jahr 2009 auf fast 10% im Jahr 2019. Dieses Wachstum wird auf eine bessere Wahrnehmung der Ros\u00e9qualit\u00e4t, effektive Marketingkampagnen und eine wachsende Nachfrage, insbesondere in den Sommermonaten, zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fazit<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So wird weltweit mehr Rotwein als Wei\u00dfwein konsumiert. Der Marktanteil von Rotwein sinkt jedoch, w\u00e4hrend Ros\u00e9 an Beliebtheit gewinnt. Das ist logisch, da Ros\u00e9 aus roten Trauben hergestellt wird.
