If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us by e-mail at <a href=\"mailto:shop@caveguillod.ch\">shop@caveguillod.ch<\/a> before returning the product.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We&#8217;ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your request is approved, your refund will be processed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sale items<br\/>Only normal-priced items can be refunded. Items on sale or discount cannot be refunded. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will only replace items if they are damaged. If one or more bottles are broken on receipt, please report this immediately to the deliverers, usually the post office. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tasting<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reservations for tastings are non-refundable. You can cancel your order up to 2 days before the event. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not show up on the day and at the time of booking, the order is due and you will not receive a refund.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are unable to attend on the day of the tasting, please make your request 2 days before the event. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return your product, you must send it by post to Amont le ruz 3, 1788 Praz-Vully. Return shipping costs are at the customer&#8217;s expense. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
