The vines\u2019 leaves turn into a palette of colors, the air becomes cooler, and it\u2019s time for the long-awaited grape harvest. This year, Cave Guillod is proud to announce its participation in the event \u201cAt the Heart of the Harvest\u201d <strong>organized by Swiss Wine<\/strong>. It\u2019s a unique opportunity to dive into the world of winemaking and share unforgettable moments.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The \u201cAt the Heart of the Harvest\u201d event: a full immersion in the wine world<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organized by Swiss Wine, \u201cAt the Heart of the Harvest\u201d is much more than a simple <a href=\"https:\/\/caveguillod.ch\/en\/agenda\/\">event<\/a>. It\u2019s an invitation to live an exceptional experience alongside Swiss winemakers. On the agenda: a warm welcome, a few hours of <strong>healthy work among the vines<\/strong>, an explanation of the winemaking process, and a delicious meal to wrap up the morning. This will be accompanied by wines from previous harvests or grape juice for the children. The key dates for this adventure at Cave Guillod are <strong>Sunday, September 24, Saturday, September 30, and Sunday, October 1<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The harvest in Vully: a tradition, a passion<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The grape harvest is a key moment in a winemaker&#8217;s year. It\u2019s the time when they collect the fruits of their labor. Each grape is a promise of quality wine, rich in flavors and history. The fully ripened grapes are carefully harvested by hand, respecting nature. Cave Guillod, converted to organic farming in 2017, is proud to share this moment with both curious newcomers and enthusiasts.     <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Tavolata among the vines: a moment of sharing and conviviality<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the work, comes the reward! The morning will conclude with a <a href=\"https:\/\/caveguillod.ch\/en\/tasting\/\">Tavolata meal<\/a> in the midst of the vines. It\u2019s a special moment to share, exchange, and enjoy. Around a large table, winemakers, harvesters, and wine lovers will come together to celebrate the beauty and generosity of nature.
