Refunds and returns policy


Delivery is free in Switzerland for purchases over 120CHF.

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed.

Sale items
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Items on sale or discount cannot be refunded.


We will only replace items if they are damaged. If one or more bottles are broken on receipt, please report this immediately to the deliverers, usually the post office.


Reservations for tastings are non-refundable. You can cancel your order up to 2 days before the event.

If you do not show up on the day and at the time of booking, the order is due and you will not receive a refund.

If you are unable to attend on the day of the tasting, please make your request 2 days before the event. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send it by post to Amont le ruz 3, 1788 Praz-Vully. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
