Cédric Guillod Featured in Agrihebdo
In this recent interview, Cédric Guillod, a passionate winemaker from Praz (FR), presents himself as a pragmatic entrepreneur. He manages a 4-hectare vineyard on the slopes of Mount Vully, where he cultivates 13 different grape varieties, including Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.
Abandoning Chasselas, he now focuses on less common specialties to stand out from mass-market wines.
This approach reflects his realistic vision of the trade, combining innovation and respect for tradition.

Opinion on Traminer 2019 by Vins-Confédérés
A very fine, distinctive nose with notes of rose, lychee and grapefruit. The palate is rich and full-bodied, fresh but not heavy, dry, well-balanced and dominated by finesse.
This Traminer is beautifully balanced. It has a very long finish.
