Sauvignon Blanc is a grape variety renowned worldwide for its finesse and elegance. It produces a wine with citrus and boxwood aromas, typical of our estate’s clay soils. Sauvignon Blanc has a slightly orange-yellow color, with an intense nose of white flowers, pear, lychee and lemon. On the palate, it is frank, invigorating, lively and fine, with good balance and length. The finish is persistent, lemony and mineral.
